Fun twist on a classic favorite, these apple pie-flavored Jello shots are perfect for parties and gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup apple-flavored gelatin (2 packages)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Whipped cream and caramel sauce for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the apple cider and water. Bring gently to a simmer — don’t boil it!
- Once heated, whisk in the gelatin until completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vodka and cinnamon.
- Pour the mixture into 2 oz. plastic cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 120 minutes until firm.
- Once ready, top with a dollop of whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
Notes
These shots can be made non-alcoholic by replacing vodka with more apple cider or sparkling apple juice.
