- 3 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4–5 flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- Extra cinnamon for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add your diced apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar to a pan over medium heat. Sauté until the apples are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese with vanilla until smooth. Once the apples are cooked, fold them into the cream cheese mixture.
- Cut the tortillas into wedges, then brush or spray them lightly with oil. Toss them with granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Arrange the tortilla wedges on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the warm apple dip in a bowl alongside the cinnamon sugar chips, and dig in!

Serve warm and feel free to add toppings like whipped cream or caramel sauce. Pair with vanilla ice cream or cider for a cozy treat.
