Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground turkey (lean is best)
- 1 cup bell peppers (sliced, any color)
- 1 cup snap peas (fresh or frozen)
- 1 medium carrot (julienned)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 inch ginger (fresh, minced)

- Cook the turkey: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Sauté the aromatics: Toss in garlic and ginger with the turkey. Stir it all around for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the veggies: Stir in bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until just tender.
- Sauce it up: Pour the teriyaki sauce over the turkey and veggies, ensuring everything is well coated. Let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
