Description

Delicious crispy wonton cups filled with a rich and creamy spinach and artichoke filling, perfect for parties or a cozy night in.

Ingredients

  • Wonton wrappers
  • Fresh spinach (or frozen, thawed and drained)
  • Canned artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • Cream cheese (softened)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare your wonton cups by lightly spraying a muffin tin and pressing each wrapper into the tin.
  3. Bake the shells for about 8-10 minutes, until golden and crisp.
  4. Mix the filling by combining softened cream cheese, chopped spinach, artichokes, Parmesan, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  5. Scoop the filling into your baked wonton cups, filling them generously but avoiding overflow.
  6. Bake again for about 10-15 minutes, until the filling is hot and bubbly.
  7. Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, ensure cream cheese is fully softened before mixing. Allow wonton cups to get golden for the perfect crunch.
