Instructions
- Prepare the steak: Season liberally with salt and pepper and let rest for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
- Grill the steak: Preheat your grill to medium-high and cook for about 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Grill the zucchini: Toss slices in olive oil, salt, and pepper, grilling for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and tender.
