- 8 oz cream cheese

- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, pumpkin spice, and salt in a medium bowl. Set this dry mix aside.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then blend in the pumpkin puree until fully combined.
- Add the sugar and vanilla extract, and mix well. Incorporate the eggs one by one.
- Fold in the dry ingredients until just combined—avoid overmixing.
- Pour half the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Spread a layer of cream cheese filling, then top with the remaining batter.
- Bake for about an hour, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before removing from the pan.
