Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin, granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
- Combine it all: Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just incorporated.
- Add chocolate chips: Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour and bake: Transfer the batter to your prepared loaf pan. Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool: Let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
