Description
These spicy jalapeño popper crescent rolls are a delicious appetizer, blending creamy and zesty flavors in a flaky dough.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1–2 jalapeños, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- A sprinkle of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix your filling: In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, diced jalapeños, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and a sprinkle of salt. Blend until everything is evenly mixed and creamy.
- Roll it up: Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Spoon a generous dollop of the filling onto the wider end of each triangle and roll it up tightly, pinching the sides to seal.
- Bake: Arrange your rolled crescent rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool & Serve: Let them cool for a few minutes before diving in.
Notes
Pair with ranch or blue cheese dip for best results. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
