Description

Delicious grilled corn coated in a creamy, tangy sauce with cheese and spices, perfect for summer barbecues.


Ingredients

  • 4 ears of fresh corn, husked and cleaned
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ½ cup crumbled cotija cheese (or feta)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the corn for 10-15 minutes, rotating every 2-3 minutes until charred.
  3. Mix the mayonnaise, lime juice, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  4. Coat the grilled corn with the creamy mixture.
  5. Finish by sprinkling cotija cheese and chili powder on top.
  6. Serve immediately for the best flavor!

Notes
